Lakeview Talking School is a blog to help parents and caregivers understand speech and language development.
I worked in the school setting for over 20 years. One of my favorite students called my classroom "Talking School". This was his way to explain what we worked on to others. He talks all the time now!

I am passionate about speech and language development. My mission is to provide caregivers with effective strategies and valuable resources to enhance their child's speech and language skills. This includes learning speech sounds, social (pragmatic) language, vocabulary, grammar, story telling, and so much more!
